A Little Cute, A Little Prickly

What could we love more than a teeny tiny knitted cactus? That would be 88 of them of course! 

 'A Promise Made, A Promise Kept' is an installation of stitched succulents by artist Thomas C Chung, combining a love of prickly plants and yarn-based craft in the most pleasing way - and we're so glad his knitting needles didn't stop at just one!

She takes inspiration from vintage textiles and mid century elements to create her divine knitted wares - so bright, fun and contemporary!

Page Thirty Three - Knitted Yoga Ball

The clever clogs' at design company Page Thirty Three have created these super quirky knitted yoga balls in collaboration with amazing Texas knit artist Magda Sayeg. 

The knitted sleeves are made from up-cycled rugs and throws - creating these wonderfully coloured, functional and decorative pieces of art!

We love seeing a new take on objects and items that are already fairly commonplace in our day to day lives - it's so refreshing and fun!
