In the Studio: Tangerine Dream
Here's a chair in progress from a week or two ago - upholstered in Warwick 'Tangent' colour leaf, and piped in Warwick 'Mystic' tangerine. Such a fabulous combo, and an affordable one too! Both of these fabrics are $38 per metre, a really great, cost effective way to revive a tired piece of furniture.

Throwback Thursday: Parker Knoll Re-upholstery
Just before our move earlier this year we breathed new life into a lovely old Parker Knoll chair for a client of ours. The frame was completely stripped and re-polished, and the cushions re-upholstered in one of our favourite staple fabrics, 'Troy'.
These chairs are absolute classics, but are becoming harder and harder to find - catch one when you can!

The Bolt Bench
Do you have stacks of fabric at home or at work that needs some natty storage? Then the Bolt Bench from Canadian creative duo Dear Human could be the solution for you! The removable poles in the chair's back can slide on and off when you want to get a hold of your textiles, or just feel the need to re-arrange patterns.

DRAPÉE: A Stackable Chair by Constance Guisset
The Drapée Chair is the latest creation from French designer Constance Guisset. The stackable chair is made of simple steel rods that flow from the top to one side at the bottom, making it reminiscent of draped fabric. Perfect for everyday use or when extra seating is required!

The Wire Collection by Overgaard and Dyrman
The Wire Collection is designed by Overgaard & Dyrman, bringing together metal work with traditional saddlery and introducing them into furniture.
'...We celebrate traditional craftsmanship and embrace modern technology by bringing the two together in our way of designing and manufacturing. Our ambition is to make honest design were we salute the beauty of imperfection. We love furniture with a handmade finish and merged with the use of modern machinery, it gives us the opportunity to preserve the fantastic craft skills that are still among us, and to combine these with complex forms and manufacturing methods...' - Overgaard & Dyrman
